Our Research and Development Centre is a real centre for support and development within Recybois.

Our operators take a sample of BADGER Pellets® from production for analysis six times a year.

The Research and Development Centre monitors the quality of BADGER Pellets® on a daily basis and systematically analyses all quality parameters:

• Durability
• Relative humidity
• Net and bulk density
• Fines content
• Calorific value
• Ash content

Monitoring these analyses enables the Research and Development Centre to pinpoint any areas for improvement both as regards manufacturing and the equipment used to produce the product.
